• A Great Work Publishing LLC (Oklahoma)

Purpose of Conjunction

Grôlet House Observer News serves as ONDEC’s public‑facing observational and reporting arm, focused on:

– civic documentation

– records‑based reporting

– ethical oversight narratives

– preservation of public‑interest timelines

A Great Work Publishing LLC (OK) serves as ONDEC’s publishing and archival support entity, providing:

– long‑form publication capacity

– editorial and production infrastructure

– preservation of authored works, poetry, and records

– lawful intellectual‑property stewardship

ONDEC remains the coordinating ethics council and records authority. The conjunct entities operate in service to ONDEC’s mission while retaining their own legal identities.

Scope and Conduct

All conjunct operations are conducted under the principles of:
